Dear Rohitt, You need to shortlist the universities of your preference first. Then choose them country wise, of course, if that is at all an important criterion for you. Get in touch with the university. Generally the contact people are quite prompt in replying to student queries. Find out about the required IELTS band. The scores vary from one university to another. But to be on a safer side and to increase your chances of getting into your desired university, you should always aim for a higher band, 7/ 7.5 and above. read less

Rohit, you are asking a wrong question. First, I don't suggest you just giving IELTS or TOEFL if USA is anywhere in your list. Secondly and more importantly, first prepare for IELTS, give your best shot, and once you have a score in hand, look of right fit universities. Even if you get the list you are looking for, it won't be of any relevance till you know where you stand. My advice is, aim for the highest score, give your 100% and then check with the universities or counsellors or both, because the applicant's profile matters a lot. A strong profile with low score has better chances to be accepted to a good college vs a weak profile with high score, and nothing like a strong profile with a good score which I believe you would be after the exam :-) read less
