3. Stay in touch with the language:

Now this is a tried and tested trick that helps anyone and everyone to improve not only the language but also lets observe and improve on the facial expressions that we have when we talk to someone. So the trick is to look in the mirror and talk as if you are talking to a stranger and try to observe your facial expressions and improve them. This way you can improve both the language and the body language.
