Rule 1: Make mistakes.

Speak alot, communicate with each others.

Make a group of friends who are interested to improve their communication skills.

Share your thoughts . Start practicing with simpler topics like

What you have done today ?

How was your weekend?

Start describing an incident, facts, ideas anything even a news or  jokes. Don't feel bad,  if you make mistakes.

There are other few rules which I may tell you later on good luck.

The best way to learn any language is to interact with someone who can converse well in that language. You may ask that person to rectify you where-ever one makes mistakes. This will definetly help you to learn vocabulary and also appropriate grammer.
