Why is learning spoken English so difficult?

If you are finding it difficult, it means you are doing it the wrong way. Learn it like a child, like you did it with your native language or with any other language you learn, in the most natural form, believe me you will find it easy. Its just another language buddy.

Dont hesitate to speak what you know because speaking broken English means your are learning a second language. This attitute will help you learn. read less

Any language learning is learnt by listening to it.Exposure to that language makes it easy to understand and start speaking.Start with small and simple conversation.Also read some books in English.
