Identity
Yoga has been part of my daily life. I approach both my personal
practice and my teaching but humble curiosity and thoughtful
consideration. Through yoga, I have found a sense of home in my
own body. In my teaching, I attempt to make space for all to feel
safe and empowered. Influenced by a variety of modern vinyasa
forms, I lend classes with an emphasis on alignment, strength, and
breath. I believe every day and every practice is an opportunity to
develop a finer balance between effort and ease.
