I later moved into the aviation industry as a Lead Flight Attendant, where I gained 7 years of valuable corporate experience. This role significantly strengthened my leadership skills, interpersonal communication, customer service excellence, and professional grooming standards. I was also involved in mentoring and training in grooming and communication, which further deepened my passion for teaching. With over 2 years of dedicated experience in soft skills training, I focus on practical and activity-based learning. I emphasize step-by-step development so that students not only learn concepts but also build genuine confidence.
