I hold a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, PGDM in HR and Marketing, and an MBA in HR and Marketing. I have also qualified in the Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (Management) and am currently pursuing my Ph.D., with Sustainable Education as my research area, reflecting my deep interest in the field of education and learning. Prior to entering the training profession, I gained industry experience through an internship at Wipro Infotech and worked as an Associate Analyst at GlobalData. I have also worked in a manufacturing organization, which helped me understand corporate work environments and professional expectations. Over the years, I have been associated with several reputed educational institutions and organizations, including Montessori Educational Institutions, KL University, Swarna Bharat Trust, and GMR Institute of Technology. Currently, I am associated with a university in Hyderabad, where I focus on developing students’ communication skills, employability skills, and overall personality development, helping them become confident professionals ready for the corporate world.
