I teach Soft Skills and Personal Grooming, focusing on communication skills, personality development, confidence building, interview preparation, body language, and professional etiquette. I believe that strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success in today’s competitive world, and my goal is to help students develop a confident and professional personality.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, which has given me a solid technical and analytical foundation. Alongside my academic qualification, I have undergone professional training in public speaking, body language, business etiquette, and grooming standards. I continuously upgrade my knowledge to ensure my training remains relevant and impactful.

My professional journey began in the corporate sector with organizations such as IntelNet and GlobalLogic, where I worked as a Data Analyst. During this time, I also conducted product knowledge training sessions, which sparked my interest in mentoring and training. This experience laid the foundation for my transition into full-time soft skills and grooming training.

I later moved into the aviation industry as a Lead Flight Attendant, where I gained 7 years of valuable corporate experience. This role significantly strengthened my leadership skills, interpersonal communication, customer service excellence, and professional grooming standards. I was also involved in mentoring and training in grooming and communication, which further deepened my passion for teaching.

With over 2 years of dedicated experience in soft skills training, I focus on practical and activity-based learning. My sessions include role plays, real-life scenarios, mock interviews, and interactive exercises to ensure students gain hands-on experience. I emphasize step-by-step development so that students not only learn concepts but also build genuine confidence.

I conduct online sessions using PPTs and whiteboard explanations to ensure structured and engaging learning. My approach is professional, supportive, and result-oriented, helping students enhance their communication, improve their professional presence, and prepare confidently for interviews and workplace success.
