Shabana Fathima is an internationally credited soft skills trainer from NABET, SQA and ICBI. She believes that every individual is unique in their own way and have the soft skills required to lead the life, however, to utilize them or to work on them is a challenging task. She loves to help individuals to bring that uniqueness out and work upon their soft skills.
Shabana graduated from IIIT – Basar and working with Amazon India since past 5.4 years. During the tenure with Amazon, she lead and worked with multiple teams including customer service, seller support and project management in a dynamic and challenging environment.
She played a major role in implementing projects which provides the customers of Amazon a world class experience.
