I am a personal development facilitator and life skills coach and mentor. I have rich experience in facilitating personal development sessions and creative writing workshops for children and young adults. I work on nurturing and nourishing young minds and helping children improve their self esteem so that they can balance their goals and attune themselves to effectively succeed in their pursuits. I'm a diligent student of life. In the process of understanding myself and working toward becoming an empowered person, I have studied various personal development programs, books and courses. The concepts I learnt in the process, coupled with my keen sense of observation, have helped me understand the paradigms that determine the success of an individual. I also facilitated the NewGen, a research-based HRD program that helps children improve the key skills necessary for success in their lives. I facilitated this program for more than 1000 children over a 2-year period. I also conducted Creative Writing workshops where the children were challenged to think creatively and generate new ideas. The workshops have helped children improve their writing and language skills. It has been my constant endeavor to help children (and all those desiring to move forward in life) connect with themselves so that they can understand and unleash their potential, and thus shine in all their glory.
