I also integrate music theory directly into guitar instruction, including note recognition on the fretboard, intervals, scale construction, chord building, and understanding keys and modes, enabling students to become more independent musicians. My lessons often include ear training, improvisation exercises, and songwriting support, especially for students interested in composing their own music. In addition to technical instruction, I have experience preparing students for performances, school showcases, and ensemble settings, helping them develop stage presence, timing, listening skills, and confidence while performing solo or in groups.
