In my view, modern Yoga is about competing with the other and showing your skill, saying this is yoga, which not correct. Please realise this is a temporary world where your living.

Ancient yog was about self-focus, self-healing, self-realizing and getting communion with your self(Atma) before you leave this Maya lok or this temporary world. No need of going away from family or social life.
