I enjoy yoga and meditation. I am also working as a yoga therapist. Yoga has a deeper connection to Nature; that is why I mostly like to spend a lot of time amidst Nature. I also enjoy travelling to new places and providing training sessions to my students. I am glad to announce that the goodness of yoga is not only constrained within the boundaries of India, but many of my students have joined online yoga classes and reaped the benefits of practicing yoga. Yoga has always been a part of my life. It is why I have completed many certificate courses on it. Some popular ones from Asana Anndiappan College of Yoga are "500 Hours of Yoga Therapy Teacher Training'' and "200 Hours of Hatha Yoga Teacher training" and Ultimate Yoga Therapy mentored by Dr. Deepak Sachdeva, Medical Yoga Center, New Delhi. I have also completed Jean Di Carlo-Wagner, M.A., C-Yoga Therapist, The Art & Science of Teaching Yoga to Cancer Patients and Survivors. From ASSOCHAM INDIA2020, I have done the course on Illness to Wellness. There are many more courses to add to that list. You can find those from the ‘Education’ section mentioned in my profile. I have been in this profession for the past Nine years and have continuously provided online and offline classes. After completing my Post Graduation, I researched thoroughly and found that yoga and meditation have a greater bonding than we ever knew. Combining both would be the best to get the full benefits of yoga or meditation. It is with this understanding that I have started customizing my yoga classes. Here I provide different types of therapies for Musculoskeletal issues like Neck and back Spondylitis, Sciatica, Back pain, Varicose Veins and Knee.
