Power yoga is a more dynamic version of traditional yoga it s faster, more intense and the focus is more on building strength and less on meditation or chanting.

That is a wonderful experience i feel like my has relaxed and calm. By Asanas all stifness has gone and by parnayama & meditation mind has relaxed and feeling fresh.
