I am a certified Yoga Instructor with 8+ years of experience in the yogic field, holding both Graduate and Master’s degrees in Yoga along with Teacher Training Certification. I specialize in teaching Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and meditation-based practices tailored to individual needs.

I have extensive experience working with international clients, including Japanese students online for the past 5 years, and have successfully hosted yoga retreats and wellness programs. I have also worked with Cult.fit for 6 months, delivering structured and result-oriented yoga sessions.

My teaching focuses on weight loss, fat loss, body toning, flexibility, stress relief, anxiety management, pranayama, breathwork, meditation, and holistic lifestyle coaching. I design personalized sessions for beginners to advanced practitioners, helping students achieve physical strength, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
