Overview

Dhiraj was initiated to Yoga by his mother in the year 1984 when he was 8 years old. He comes from a Yoga family as his grandfather practiced and taught Yoga for over 50 years.
Dhiraj holds a Masters Degree in Yoga and Meditation and Intensive Yoga Instructor’s training courses from SVYASA Bangalore and JVBI Rajasthan.
Having interest in the field of alternative therapies he has also completed 200 hours of training in Acupuncture and Acupressure from reputed institutes in India.
Dhiraj has also conducted two scientific research studies to study the effects of Yoga on middle level school students sponsored by NCERT N.Delhi.
During the last 15 years of his career as a Yoga Master he has trained around 1800 corporate staff of organizations like NACEN, NTPC, CISF, NCERT, PARLE BISCUITS, IAF, BSES,CARLSBERG,AIMT –NOIDA ,BHARTIYA GROUP, and BPOs in Gurgaon in various attitudinal and behavior modification programs. He has more than 5000 training hours to his credit.
Dhiraj also stayed in Canada for a few months and designed Behavior Modification programs for Alcoholics and substance abusers at Quintin Warner House London, Canada.
He has also trained students, staff and teachers at JSS International Dubai for over three months.
His Yoga programs were aired on radio FM CH4 (University of Ontario) Canada, TV Chanel -Pragya, DD and NDTV.
As a Faculty Head at Vatsalaya -a Stress Management Company Dhiraj is engaged in promoting an ancient and pure form of Yoga- based on 5 Element theory of Nature.

Mayank attended Yoga Meditation Classes

"I had a spine injury couple of years back and thus had lower back pain. For the same I have been taking yoga and meditation classes with Dhiraj sir for more than 6 months now. I can say I feel much better now and don't suffer with lower back pain anymore. I really like the way he teaches yoga as he emphasis on correct posture and explains benefits of each asana. Also he is a very courteous gentlemen. I am glad I met him and can vouch for his work. "

I would suggest you exercise much caution in this posture unless you are perfectly healthy.This posture is for the entire body, all systems including neuroendocrine system. A lot has been said about this asan in various schools of Yoga .It is only under a capable teacher that you can get correct guidance if it is good for you or not. Hope you understand my viewpoint.
