I prefer conducting offline classes, believing that the personal interaction and immediate feedback are crucial for effective learning and practice. My classes are designed to be inclusive and supportive, creating a space where students feel comfortable to explore their capabilities and progress at their own pace.

In my teaching, I emphasize the importance of aligning breath with movement, cultivating mindfulness, and fostering a deep connection between body and mind. Each session incorporates a blend of traditional Hatha yoga techniques, therapeutic exercises, and physiotherapy principles, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching experience for my students.

I do not offer certification courses, as my focus is on providing practical, hands-on instruction and personal growth rather than professional accreditation. My ultimate goal is to inspire and guide my students towards a healthier, more balanced lifestyle through the transformative power of yoga.

India is the land and originator of Yoga. mahrishi patanjali is the one who is known to be the one who 'invented' yoga per se. There is a book known as patanjali yoga sutras, there's also a knowledge series by Gurudev Sri sri ravishankar ji on the same.

Although they both involve concentration and breathing, meditation is a practice of cultivating awareness of our habitual thought patterns, and pranayama is a practice of refining breathing ability and awareness of prana flow.
