I am an Advanced Yoga Instructor and have successfully completed a 900-hour Teacher Training Course (TTC) from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, one of the most reputed and oldest yoga institutes in India. This extensive training has given me the knowledge and practical skills to teach authentic yoga in its true essence. My sessions combine asanas for physical well-being and pranayama with breathing techniques to promote mental peace and stress relief.

One of the unique aspects of my teaching is my integrated approach to wellness. Along with yoga, I possess in-depth knowledge of nutrition, which enables me to guide individuals not just on the mat but also in making lifestyle choices that complement their practice. By combining yoga with proper nutrition, I help my students achieve better health outcomes, whether their goal is weight management, stress reduction, or improving overall vitality.

In my journey as a yoga teacher, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse age groups and backgrounds. I have conducted yoga sessions for an NGO and also on International Yoga Day, where I received appreciation for contributing to the promotion of health and wellness. These experiences have strengthened my belief in yoga as a tool for transformation—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

I offer both online and offline classes, giving students the flexibility to practice from wherever they are comfortable. My sessions are interactive and personalized, focusing on the student’s goals, fitness level, and any specific concerns such as stress, flexibility, or posture correction. Whether it’s a beginner learning basic asanas or an advanced practitioner refining their technique, I ensure that every class adds value to their practice.

For me, yoga is a lifelong journey of learning and teaching. What motivates me every day is seeing my students progress, feel healthier, and experience the calmness and clarity that yoga brings. My ultimate aim is to make yoga accessible and enjoyable, helping individuals not just practice poses but embrace a healthier, more mindful way of living.
