Do MBA colleges in Canada, Europe and India consider general GRE scores for admissions or GMAT is a must?

GRE score is acceptable mostly in these countries. Indian business schools broadly rely on the scores of CAT, NMAT, SNAP, XAT and many others varying from school to school.

I am not being able to divide the time between quant and verbal for GRE. I have the official guide of ETS . Help me with the time I should devote to each section in order to score more than 320.
I would suggest you take a mock test and divide the preparation time for each section based on your mock test score. Usually the verbal section takes more time since it is much more difficult than the quant section.

How many days prior do I have to book for the GRE exam?
Please book it at least 1-2 months prior - so that you will have sufficient time to prepare for your exam. And of course, you will be much planned and prepared on time.
