Worst counselling services ever! 1) University shortlisting : I was pretty unsatisfied even after multiple revisions to the list which they provided. Information about the universities was inaccurate too. I ended up in doing my own research and shortlisting universities. 2) SOP: I ended up in writing my own sop even after paying about 35k. They just reviewed my sop and made minor changes to it. After review, the sop which I got had ambiguous/incorrect sentences and also the factual information was incorrectly mentioned. 3) Personal Statement: PS written by them was not as per the university requirements so I had to waste another week in getting them revised. PS which I got ultimately, had multiple and the obvious grammatical mistakes. I mean, how can they give me such a vital document without proof reading atleast couple of times. I was pretty unsatisfied with PS too, I ended up in writing my own PS . 4) University Application filling: I tried asking few questions which I had while filling application for one of my Universities, but what they used to reply was a complete waste of time. I ended up in either writing emails to the Universities or asking on the whatsapp groups. 5) LOR: I had written my own LORs and I just wanted them to review them. However, they reviewed my one LOR out of three and that too after 4 weeks. Even this LOR contained grammatical mistake and that too in the very beginning of the letter. This again proves that they just want to get the work done.
