Kriya Yoga initiated by Mahavatar Babaji and taught by my teacher Anandhanji has been a transformative decision in my life. I embarked on this journey to keep my body fit and free from a few health issues but that never made me complete and felt something is missing within me. Later when I accidentally started teaching a few elders and they recognized it, I happened to do it with a purpose and found that my teaching was more of healing, this gave me happiness. Now it is a journey of 15 years. There is a lot more to learn still. I have moved away from yoga due to my laziness but some students pull me in often and then I always realized that being lazy is ok but if you have a clear purpose the journey will be visible and transformative. This is my short journey and today am also an International Yoga teacher certified by Alliance International Yoga. Learning & teaching yoga is a passion for me. Apart from that, I work as an HR Business Lead & an Executive Coach from International Coach Federation and work for an organization in Kerala. Now that many do yoga for just weight loss, but am sorry to say it is more than that. I would recommend anyone to decide on this journey for at least 6 months and see the Inner change happening. I am keen to teach only those seekers who are ready for an Inner yoga journey than a weight loss requirement. But over these years I feel I have started changing perceptions of those who even come to me for weight loss or back pain requests. I am more comfortable teaching in Tamil, English and Malayalam ( well I can just understand Hindi) but it is more than the communication and the rapport between the Student and the Teacher. Om !

As a professional passionate about yoga, I have pursued my education and training to share my knowledge and expertise with others. My journey with yoga began during my school days when I developed a keen interest in this ancient practice. I hold a Diploma in Yog Vidya, an MA in Yoga, and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, which have equipped me with the necessary skills to teach and guide others in their yoga practice. In addition to my freelancer experience, I have represented my school's yoga team at the Zonal level, where we secured third place. In 2019, I took a step further and started providing yoga instruction as a freelancer. I began offering my services via Urban Pro, a popular platform for connecting students and teachers. Since then, I have been teaching yoga to individuals one-on-one and conducting group sessions, both online and offline. I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, and I do not restrict my teachings based on any age criteria. My approach to teaching yoga is practical and interactive. I emphasise live demonstrations to help my students understand each posture's correct alignment and technique.
