    "I’ve been traning with Bhaskar Sir for last 6 months. I had multiple issues related to chronic pain which affected my fitness and confidence, and had tried many other trainers before him. Training with him had been more beneficial than any medical treatment that I had for the chronic pain. I have not only achieved some desired level of fitness and toning, my confidence also has improved significantly. Sir is very knowledgeable about physiology and can offer a lot of variations in case one is not able to perform a particular exercise. He also changes the routine such that it doesn’t get monotonous. He is very patient with his students and doesn’t create unrealistic expectations. His goals are set customised to the ability of the student. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to take up exercise, bodybuilding, weight loss as a lifestyle habit. "
