I am a Certified fitness trainer and a performance nutritionist. I hold a Diploma in Personal Training from the K11 School of Fitness Sciences. I am a flight attendant with British Airways based in Gurgaon. Still, my passion for fitness and studying the Science around exercise and nutrition made me pursue it professionally and attain a degree. I am a fantastic weight training coach who can also work well with limited equipment that can easily be set up at home. My bodyweight training and HIIT training sessions are something my current clients appreciate a lot. I am also currently pursuing Certification in Performance Nutrition from the K11 School of fitness sciences, which helps me improve my overall knowledge about weight and lifestyle management. I have been a part of various advertisement campaigns for HealthifyMe and have appeared in a fitness-oriented commercial with celebrities like Farhan Akhtar.
