I am a student as well as the teacher of yoga vidhya. I am a certified yoga instructor from Kaivalydham - savitri bai phule university pune. I have learnt medical yoga from Hath Yoga Training Institute. I had been student of Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute from June 2015 - January 2024. I am a Yoga Teacher and Evaluator YCB level - 3, Yoga Certification Board, Aayush Mantralay, Govt of India I am teaching students since 2010. I have students from all the age groups ranging from 13 to 65 and above. The youngest student, I have taught was 73 year old. I take individual as well as group sessions. My teaching credentials are as follows. 1. Teaching asnas and meditations to the patients of kripa foundation since 2010, an ngo involved in de addiction and rehabilitation of human being. 2. Taking yoga session of mait members (mavel association of information technology) whensoevers called. 3. Personal trainer for mr. Nazim asraf, director sales, pacific india limited. 4. Guiding orthopedic patients of karne hospital, swargate, in practicing aasna as recommended by doctors for their recovery. 5. Further taking yogaasana session for soho segment on case to cases basis. 6. I have worked at fit box gym manjri as yoga therapist in 2019 -2020. 7. Currently working at Yog Vistara as Yoga Therapist, a Yoga Studio in Raipur, Chattisgarh. If anyone wants to practice yoga but feels he can not practice due to his body conditions or any ailment or the age, just get in touch with me. We work on body, by the body for the body and mind.
