With 14 years of experience in the field and a diverse skill set including an MBA, black belt in karate, yoga certification, and ACE body certification, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lives. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with over 100 clients, providing personalized training and guidance to help them reach their fitness milestones. For the past six years, I have been running my own offline fitness center, where I have been able to make a positive impact on the lives of many individuals. As a national level kickboxing champion, I bring a unique blend of expertise and passion to my training sessions. Whether online or offline, I cater to clients of all ages, ranging from 5 to 60 years old, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet their specific needs and fitness levels. My approach to fitness is holistic, combining elements of karate, weightlifting, yoga, kickboxing, and more to provide a comprehensive workout experience. Each session typically lasts between 45 minutes to an hour and includes practical exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall well-being.
