Improve sleep Reduce stress and anxiety Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath Prenatal yoga can also connect you with your baby. I highly recommend if your starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. She has the experience to help with wherever your at in your practice.
