I am a 500 RYS yoga teacher trainer certified from yoga alliance USA with an experience of over a year.
I teach different styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Power, and Yoga for kids.
I also teach pranayama, meditation, yog nidra, mudras , bandhas and jal neti.
I believe that every body is different and thus include use of props, modifications and subsituitions while teaching yoga.
Safety of my students is if the utmost importance and thus I start by building strength and flexibility first to prepare the body for yoga.
I infuse the modern knowledge of science with the ancient practice of yoga to create the best possible program which helps the students to be mindful about their practice, their bodies thus bringing about peace and relieve stress.
I specialize in yoga for weightloss , diabetes and kids.
