Simply means we need to go step by step. You are starting from the body preparation. Without your body/physical balance, you may find it difficult or feel it may not work. Now yoga market its become a trend. If you look at our tradition, the teacher decides your eligibility to learn meditation. So guru is most important to learn advanced practices. You can find the right guru to grasp in its pure form and find the benefit of it. read less

Meditation is helpfull for human beings. Every individual should do it because it increases the concentration of the mind/brain, enhance life span, reduces stress, relaxes the body & control anxiety etc. There are many more benefits of doing meditation.

Don't just do yoga instead transmit yoga

Meditation does work, but if it is accompanied by asanas and pranayama together. The best form of meditation for young people is Trataka. It helps in increasing attention and concentration power.
