In the standard quantum gravity research program the expectation is that gravity should be quantized just like the other forces, because otherwise General Relativity and quantum field theory sit awkwardly together at a fundamental level. However, some modern approaches explore schemes where gravity remains classical but is coupled to quantum matter in a andom way, so that the total theory still looks quantum‑like on large scales.
So: right now, no one can say definitively “yes” or “no”—experiments and theory are still probing this.

Gravity is very likely quantized, although we don’t yet have direct experimental proof. Even if it turned out not to be, the universe would still be fundamentally probabilistic because that randomness already comes from Quantum Mechanics. The deeper challenge isn’t about whether randomness exists, but whether a classical description of gravity can consistently coexist with quantum matter without contradictions.

you should listen to your body to do yoga, how you are feeling while doing yoga , are you getting tired? or not. i would prefer you to do yoga in morning only but you can do pranayam twice a day for good montel health.
