Electronics and Electrical engineering has quite lot of courses matching with BSc and MSc Physics courses. Like all MSc physics involves studing digital and analog electronics which is heavily covered in this branch of engineering. Likewise mathematical Physics is about 20% of Physics courses nearly same in both Physics degrees and engineering degree. Also electronics involves condensed matter Physics quantum mechanics which are a great part of Physics Degree. The wotking of antenna, Telescpes eyc is there in gnis engineering. The only part not coveted is nuclear and particle physics and statisticsl physics which is like 3 4 couses of a Physics degree. Hence i think electronics or/ and electrical engineering cover a lot of physics. read less
