I have been learning classical vocals since the age of 3. Blessed to be taught under extreme professional gurujis. My skills are fluent harmonium play for any given music and can compose songs for various events. Singing with the soul is my identity. Teaching with fun is my strength, that's what my students compliment me. I am too keen on learning from any and every person or situation. My accomplishments so far is a Gold medal in Visharad (final year of H.C.M), Scholarship from Govt. of India for classical vocals. I have also taught students with special needs. In my teaching, I emphasize the importance of good vocal technique, musicality, and artistry. I also encourage my students to develop their own unique vocal sound. I have taught private vocal lessons to students of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced singers. I have taught group vocal lessons to children and adults. I have taught vocal classes in elementary, middle, and high schools. I have taught vocal music to students with special needs, such as autism and Down syndrome. I have prepared students for recitals, competitions, and auditions. I have a passion for teaching vocal music and I am committed to helping my students reach their full potential as singers.

I am a trained carnatic musician with 16+ years of learning, and I have just finished my BSc in Economics. I take Carnatic vocal music classes for people of all ages, and tutor middle schoolers in math.

I have 14 years of training in Carnatic vocal music, with enough grounding in theory to ensure that students develop a strong foundation. I draw from my past experiences—the exercises and initial lessons that helped; those that didn't, and what kept the classes I attended engaging to even those who were just getting aurally accustomed to the ancient art form that is Carnatic music. For beginners, I will begin as usual with svaravalis, but simultaneously teach other smaller compositions as the student progresses. I will place a strong focus on voice culture and ear training as well, which goes a long way in ensuring grounding at advanced stages, or if one decides to self-learn select compositions.
