I have been an experienced and qualified music teacher for over 25 years. I mostly give lessons on Hindisthan Classical Vocal music, Semi-Classical, Bhajan, and Rabindrasangeet. I bagged 7th years Classical music certifications on Dhrupadi Sashtriya Kalashram from Delhi. Till now, I have taught several students online and offline. Music has played an essential part in my life. After completing my Graduation in Bengali Honors, driven by my passion, I started with my Alankara Music Academy. This is where I teach all of my students. As it was my dream project to create a music academy, this academy results from my hard work and dedication. I guide all the students who come to learn music here. The availability of various music types helps the students choose the one they feel comfortable with. However, when students and parents sometimes need clarification about the music type they want to learn, I help them find the right music style. Generally, I decide on it after discussing it with the parents or the students considering their requirements, music learning capabilities and voice quality. I am not just a music teacher but also a music composer and performer. I teach students of all ages and prefer to train them in one-to-one sessions. However, I also do group sessions according to the needs. Along with practical training, I also provide theoretical knowledge, which is very important for the students to learn. When students understand music's theoretical and practical aspects, they know it best. While teaching my students, I mainly concentrate on concept building. This is more effective when the students are young and they are full of enthusiasm. However, if students are interested in learning more about music, I help them by providing the correct information.
