"We thinks that yoga is only about doing asanas and stretches but after joining sirs class I got know that yoga is more than all those and it's a spiritual way of leading life .It is an aspect of day to day life.sir teaches all the concepts of yoga with a greater dedication .sir will not restrict his teaching to a particular session and his teachings will always be beyond the session considering the overall wellbeing of humans which motivates the beginners like me to a greater extent. "
