But the drawback is there charges are bit high as they are charging 2500 for one subject for only 20 class per month and it's just hindi tuition for 1 st standard. we have opted but we are continuing as the teacher is very friendly and knowledgeable and my son likes her way of teaching and is very much interested to attend her classes. "

Mental health is more important now than ever before. When we focus on it, virtually every aspect of life can be better off. The importance of good mental health ripples into everything we do, think, or say. 

Reasons to care for mental health

There are many reasons we should care about mental health. Maintaining it is crucial to stabilizing constructive behaviors, emotions, and thoughts. Focusing on mental health care can increase productivity, enhance our self-image, and improve relationships.
