This may look like a common and generic questions. But still I want to know whether I have to buy an electric guitar or a acoustic guitar?

The world would be more harmonious if only there were more musicians.

If you're a beginner yes it is advised to start with an acoustic. You can get clean sound on an electric as well but I would suggest you buy an electric when you are good at playing and spending all that money becomes worth it.

Yes, You can go for the same or you can use another. Most probably the last two strings break, so you can purchase any. If other string then, try and go for the same.
