I have 4+years of experience with zumba & aerobics And Dance & weight loss sessions.

I work as a freelance choreographer and teach dance styles like Bollywood, contemporary, freestyle, semi-classical, relaxation classes and teach fitness. I have been dancing from the age of 2, where I first started with training myself in Bharatnatyam for 11 years and later explored styles like hip-hop, Kathak and contemporary. Focused on the present and trained me for three years and did one-year diploma in dance(movement arts and mixed media) from the attakkalari institute, Bangalore, which included styles like contemporary, Kathak, bharathnatyam, kalarippayattu and other fitness classes.

After passing out from Kalamandalam, started taking classes for students in Trichur, Kerala. The students included kids from 4yrs to working women around 38-39yrs. Had taken classes in schools and colleges. Have also conducted 'Arangettam' of many students during last 6 years. I am a grade artist in Doordarshan. My specialities are Mohiniyattom and Bharathanatyam. The teaching will start with a bit of Yoga and meditation followed by dance class. The duration and timings will be decided based on the profile of the candidate. Classes will be conducted only for Females.
