I am a seasoned dance and choreography instructor with 15 years of experience in various dance forms, including Bollywood, contemporary, Latin, and Afro styles. As a certified Zumba instructor, I bring a dynamic and versatile approach to the world of dance. Dance is not just a profession for me; it's a passion that has been a part of my life since an early age. My journey in dance began when I participated in the prestigious dance championship, BOOGIE WOOGIE, on Sony Entertainment during my 10th grade. This experience ignited my love for dance and set the stage for a career in choreography. Over the years, I've been actively involved in the dance community, serving as a choreographer on various reality dance shows. I have also had the honor of judging dance competitions, sharing my expertise and contributing to the growth of aspiring dancers. While running my own dance center, I provided comprehensive training in dance and choreography. Although the center is now closed, I continue to share my passion through offline classes, where I engage students in interactive and practical sessions. In my offline classes, each lasting for 1 hour, I create an environment that encourages active participation and hands-on learning. The sessions are designed to be interactive, allowing students to not only learn dance moves but also understand the artistry and expression behind each style. While I don't use specific tools, the focus of my classes is on creating a lively and engaging atmosphere where students can express themselves through dance. The joy of movement and the sense of community are at the core of my teaching philosophy. I have worked as a professional theatre practitioner in both India and the USA . I have 15 years of experience in theatre which involves 3 to 4 years of theatre in education experience. I started my professional theater experience with Mr Ratan Thakore Grant , worked with him for 2 years and then have been exploring myself as an independent actor/director/playwright. I have been trained as an actor from ADISHAKTI , by Veenapani Chawala.. And well versed with theatrical practices starting from Voice exercises, eye exercise, breathing pattern, kallaripayattu (Indian Martial arts) exercises etc. I have been part of a Playwriting programme conducted by Abhishek Majumdar, Indian Ensemble theatre Group for 5 months . I am trained in Sanford Meisner Acting method by carol androski piersol , Artistic Director , 5th wall Theatre , Richmond, USA I have been trained in Text to performance using Michael Chekhov by director Josh Chenard . I have directed plays for CAT Theatre in the Red eye theatre festival in Richmond, Virginia . I have done summer camps for Kids as an educator with Virginia Rep in Richmond I have trained students from the age group 6 to 26+ in theatre in Virginia,Richmond .

I have done some research on education (on my own), I am patient, amiable and like to make classes fun while being informative and practical (where applicable). Am a trainer of Martial arts call kalaripayattu 7 years and 2nd Dan Black belt in Karate, Trained 2 years Thai chi and Brazilian martialarts call Capoiera. During my Kalaripayattu training i trained kalari massge therapy also. And i did Thai, Deep tissue, Tantra massage certified course in Sita cultural centre in pondichery.
