I don't use any kind of supplements and nor do I encourage my clients to do so. I not only train my clients to lose or gain weight, but also to improve their posture, cardiovascular fitness, strength, stamina and endurance and help them create a better lifestyle. I'm also pursuing my bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. I can travel within 10 Kms radius from Kumarswamy layout and if you are willing to travel to me, that works too.
