I work as a freelancer for several dance organizations in Bangalore and Chennai to share my expertise of the arts. I am the founder of Shwastik Arts Academy in Bangalore and in addition I teach Bharatanatyam Online to clients in different parts of the world. I have completed Ph.D. in Kathak dance from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwa Vidyalaya (IKSVV), Khairagarh, Chhattisgarh. I did my B.A. and M.A. (Recipient of Gold Medals) in Kathak from IKSVV. I am also Visharad from Bhatkhande University, Lucknow, Kovid (M.A.). Started my journey in Kathak with my Guru Late Dr. Uma Shankar Chakraborty (Eminent Guru from Lucknow Gharana) at the age of 4, then Continuing with my Present Guru and Vice Chancellor (of Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwa Vidyalaya) Prof. Dr. Mandvi Singh. I have performed and choreographed in numerous festivals across India like Chakradhar Somaroha, Rajyotsav(Chhattisgarh), Youth Festiivals. Had Been an artist with Doordarshan Centre, Agartala. I have taken dancing lessons to pupils while completing my 12th class as a skilled kathak dancer in the Jaipur gharana. Over the years, I have participated in numerous programs and received numerous honors. I eventually began training in gymnastics hiphop and contemporary.During the lockdown, I was awarded as the runner up in a competition held at Forum Mall in Bangalore and several other awards placed in multiple other online competitions.
