Yes, losing weight is one of the benefits of doing aerobics and of course you have to have a balanced diet that suits you. You need to take up aerobics for a minimum of 3months (though you can do as long as you can) to see some visible difference. Thanks

Definately aerobivs will help in weight loss. but inspite of aerobics you have to pay attention towards your diet as well.!!
