Yoga Poses such as Shashank asana, Tree pose, Head stand etc will work for Depression. Additionaly do basic pranayama such as Anulom Vilom and Kapal Bhati.

  • Take a long, deep breath for 4 second
  • Hold you're breathing for 4 seconds, and breathe out for 4 seconds
  • Relax
  • Repeat this five times

 It is a simple yet effective way to get rid of depression, anxiety & stress.
