First, you can do pranayam like Nadishodhana, Bhastika, Bhramari, om chanting. They will make you calm and positive.

  • Take a long, deep breath for 4 second
  • Hold you're breathing for 4 seconds, and breathe out for 4 seconds
  • Relax
  • Repeat this five times

 It is a simple yet effective way to get rid of depression, anxiety & stress.

Every wear is comfortable to do yoga, but loose clothes will help you to make stretches easily orelse we kind of get distracted with that. So my suggestion go with loose clothes.
