Hi Avinash .. the answer is a BIG YES.. I myself being a Yoga Teacher for over 18 years have seen & taught lots of fat people coming to me for yoga . And i have seen them becoming fit & satisfied.

Of course this is possible under the certified or degree holder yog instructer fat person can do yog bcoz there are some different type of asanas and kriya which can help to fat person to become fit and the diet will be also suggested by the instructer .
