English has four skills listening,speaking,reading and writing..if you want to learn english then first listen,then learn the new words and use it,after that try to read books,magaxines,novels or anything of your choice in english..finally you will be good to go with writing..

Hi Arzu, If you can identify the precise level of language on which you want to work on then it would be easier for you to improve that skill. for instance, if reading and comprehension is your area of difficulty then you can work upon it by picking up short stories and light novels and magazines such as Readers' Digest, National Geographic, etc. these texts may be more enjoyable may inncrease your motivation. newspapers are an equally good and easily available options. If you want to work on your writing skills, then start with working on your grammar skills and gradually master constructing simple sentences in the different tenses. if you want to work on your vocabulary, then reading a dictionary and newspapers are a must.
