Started teaching in the year 2006.I have pursued many in service central govt.training programmes like refresher courses,orientation programmes,assesment of speaking and listening certificate programme at times.It added me a flair to the subject and helped me thoroughly to achieve the par excellent results for my students.I do not believe in cramming the subject but getting a thorough knowledge of it for that i believe in interactive classroom where every student can express his/her knowledge about the subject so that they can add it to their knowledge by understanding the concept.Moreover i believe in inductive-deductive method.I use audio-video aids,PPT and video clips so that the students can understand the topic very easily without any trouble.
