I am new to this site..basically I am engineering graduate, and have 3yrs exp working as a software engineer in a MNC. I just completed my master's in HR through online mode. Am I eligible for writing NET. I have completed MCA and MBA E-Business and MPhil in Computer Science and have 4-year experience as a lecturer in Computer Science. I appeared 3 times for Net exam but did not get any success. Please advice me.

No its not..But if u r employed in some college as a lecturer...then u can simultaneously do ur phd...there is a available format to that also......
