Yes, this is probably the right time to start preparing for NET Exam. Just keep in mind that your composite percentage combining all the semesters is more than 55%. A final year student, typically in 4th Sem, can appear in NET Exam in the RA (Result Awaited) category. If you qualify the exam you must produce final grade sheet indicating more than 55% marks in Masters Degree. NET exam asks a lot of conceptual questions. So take at least 6 months time to prepare for the exam. read less

Yes M.Tech IT is eligible. UGC net is basic qualification of A.P as per UGC norm in Science.

Earlier I wanted to become a doctor, but later on due to family and all I jumped into engineering. Even I dropped a year for JEE Exams but if I cannot get into that I took admission in a UPTU college, now my engineering is about to complete but in these four years of graduation I did not learn anything.So now I don't know what to do, I kind of feel don't want to move further in this field.But what I can do next I am confused about my passion but one feeling I am having lately that want to help people directly,in the surrounding social issues and such stuff,so I am thinking why not build a career in Social Worker,so what should I do next.Please give your advices?
