What happens if you clear UGC NET but not JRF?

Learning is an enriching process!!!!I keep learning as I teach and I get better.

JRF is the scholarship you receive for doing your phd. You wouldn't get that. You could check for teaching positions with you NET. You can apply for phd and it adds value.

1-NET-National Eligibility Test . 2-Graduates can sit in this exam for becoming assistant professor in Indian Universities. 3-Held twice a year,in June & November.

Yes M.Tech IT is eligible. UGC net is basic qualification of A.P as per UGC norm in Science.

Is M.tech + UGC NET cleared qualification enough for lecturer job or preference is given to candidate holding Phd degree?
M.tech +UGC NET is enough for lecturer job but some time preference gives to M.tech+UGC NET+Phd qualified candidate.
