Is the UGC-NET exam only for assistance professors or JRFs? How can I join JRF through a valid NET exam score for a computer science and engineering field?

M.tech +UGC NET is enough for lecturer job but some time preference gives to M.tech+UGC NET+Phd qualified candidate.
