Read English newspaper, magazines... Watch English movies and serials. Mire importantly talk to people in English, even if it is wrong and broken. Don't feel shy or bad. You will definitely improve once you start using it more.

Hi Kannu. Any language is an ocean and learning it is a continuous process. So dont set 1 month as a timeline. Start taking these steps and slowly you will find yourself speaking fluently. First & foremost, you need to have a VERY STRONG DESIRE to learn and speak good English. If you can enroll for a Spoken English class, it will help you learn the basics and thumb rules of the language. But having learnt, you must consciously decide to speak with your friends (despite their teasing you!) in English. One good idea is to identify friends who don't know your language and initiating a conversation with them. This way you will be compelled to converse and only if you do this everyday, will you find it improving.Parallely, read atleast 1 or 2 news articles and check for meanings & pronunciation of new words. Importantly, try to use these new words in your sentences; else, you will forget their meaning. Best Wishes! read less

Yes, there are different methods, and some are more effective than others. For example, a good English course should balance all the areas of language (speaking, listening, vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing). If any of those elements are missing, then you will have difficulty becoming fluent.
