The only way to improve and speak fluently in English is to associate yourself with a community of English speakers. You have to speak in English everyday to stay in-sync with the language and gradually develop more fluency. Speak more to speak fluently!!! Consider joining a Spoken English Classes.

I recommend thatthat you associate yourself with people who speak English fluently, and try to read as much English books as possible. Pay interest in mass media that delivers in English. And lastly undergoing short English courses will definitely help you

Secondly, you should inculcate the habit of reading English news-paper daily before going to bed. Pleae note that you should read aloud for atleast 20 to 25 lines everyday. This would enable you to improve your speaking & reading skills plus you will also come to know about the latest news of the world. Read more, more and more.
